Exporting and Importing Space Blueprints
As an administrator I want to be able to export Space Blueprints from one Confluence site to another.
support usage of placeholders in macros
When macros are used in a page template it would be really cool if we were able to use refer to placeholder values within a macro configuration. Examples: The page we want to create contains a Google Map macro and we would like to configure it in a way that the string we collect with the address placeholder is automatically configured as the search input in the macro. We ask in the blueprint for a username and the page template contains the content responsibility macro where this username should be put in.
Use parent page placeholders in page template title
As a space admin, I want to be able to create a new template where the title contains a placeholder from the parent page. This way, I can use this placeholder as a prefix.
Add Label placeholder
a label placeholder would be great: Possibility to select from existing or add new
Space key variable for macros
One particular feature I would like to see is the ability to use the space key in macros. For example setting up a space blueprint and using the new space key in macros - for example, the content report table macro requires a space key.
Provide $KEY as a global variable / automatically available Placeholders in Space Blueprints
For Space Blueprints, we need to get the space key as a prefix in the names of almost all of the template pages. I see that you have $SPACE as a variable that can go into Page Titles, but $KEY does not appear to work in the same way for the space key. Also, the Space Name, Space Key, and Description show up as placeholders in the management console, but aren't available in the individual pages to be used in pages (as they now show in Page Tree blueprints).
Make configuration accessible for non Confluence admins
As of today you need to be a Confluence administrator to create and edit Page and Space Blueprints. The idea is to build a configuration portal to make it accessible for non Confluence admins too. However, it should be possible to restrict who can access the configuration portal.
Promote global blueprints
Blueprint Creator gives space admins the possibility to promote space blueprints. It would be nice if there would also be the possibility for site admins to promote global blueprints. Our goal is to "hide" the "Empty page template" and provide a own corporate "empty page" which has included some metadata macros.
Blueprint admin per space
As a space owner, I want to be able to administrate my space-specific blueprints without the need of becoming space admin.
Personal Space Page Blueprints
We would like to define Page Blueprints, which are only available in Personal Spaces. For example: "CV", "Career Goals", "MbO Targets", "Onboarding Checklist" which we currently need to define as global templates - but that is not ideal. If we could limit their use to Personal Spaces we can ensure that such pages with personal information are deleted, when the employee leaves the company (GDPR compliance),
