If a user got reader rights only in the right & role managements section, the user should not have the right to duplicate an event in the frontend.

Duplication should be possible only with editing rights,

Background: There will be a setup of about 150 scheduled events each for 1 participant for self registration. The time slots are fixed due to the availability of service providing team. So the users should not duplicate events on their own schedule because the service team will not be available.
