Remove dependency of language dropdown on PageTitle

Would it be possible to insert the language-selection DIV outside the title-text DIV in the future? This would prevent that hiding the title (e.g. via Hide Elements Macro) would cause the language dropdown to become invisible, too.

Hi Marco Leist, 
I'm so sorry for the long wait for a response. It's hard to keep up with 500+ Canny items (yes, I just went through them all, it's that many ...).
I'll be running this one by the dev team for evaluation, it might just be one of those that's small enough so we can squeeze it in for the next release.

Since the topic comes up again and again due to the use of "Hide Elements": Do you think that this feature request has the change to be included in the backlog / roadmap from your point of view?
