Launchpad

I want to have the option to add a macro on a page that not only shows specific apps, but that is able to show any available app on in the system.

As an administrator, I would like to be able to enter multiple people as contact persons per app.

The "Suggest an App" functionality (popup window) has only 3 fields (Title, URL, Description) for user input. It would be great if more fields (all available fields for Apps) can be displayed (E.g. Contact, Icon, Categories, etc.). Best case: Administrators can add/remove the additional fields (+ decide if fields should be required) for the "Suggest an App" popup window that is displayed to the users.

As an admin i would like enable that all users get their apps listed grouped by category.

As an admin, I would like to know which apps are set as favorites by how many users. This way I can identify apps that are not or seldomly favored. Obviously, this is only relevant for non-mandatory apps ;-)

At the moment all Launchpad apps are shown on top of search results. There should be an option to disable this, for all searches and/or via CQL parameters. Zurzeit werden alle Launchpad Apps immer am Beginn der Suchergebnisse angezeigt. Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben das zu verhindern. Ganz allgemein und/oder auch via CQL Aufrufparameter.

As an user i would like to manually control the order in which my apss are displayed

It would be great if Launchpad Apps could be managed by Space Admins. Typically Launchpad Apps are related to a Product, Service, Department which is represented by a Confluence Space. We would see it at a big improvement, (espacially for large installations with many users) if space admins could publish and maintain Launchpad Apps without involvement of a Confluence system administrator. System admins should only define the global App categories and attributes for profile based content. This would also allow to hide apps from people who are not allowed to see the corresponding confluence space.

As a user, I want to categorize my selected apps, just like I can with my favored user contacts.

As a user I would like to know more about an application - a link in the app description to a confluence page would be very helpful
