As a user, I want to be notified when news are added to my subscribed spaces

Right now, a user will not get notified when a new blog post has been published in a subscribed space. This is only possible if the user watches the space blog using Confluence core functionality.
Getting both (subscribed news in cover stories/news stream AND notifications) is therefore quite cumbersome. Many users are quite frustrated.
So I suggest that a user can not only subscribe to spaces, but also decide on a space-by-space basis wether he wants to be notified if new posts are published.

From my point of view you should merge the news subscription with the blog watching functionality of confluence - everything else is really confusing for the users:
- When I activate watch on a space blog - this space should be added to my subscribed spaces.
- When I subscribe to a space using linchpin enterprise news, a watch on the blog of this page should be added at the same time.
- Same for un-watching and un-subscribing.
