The Atom Feed Configuration (RSS) feature introduced in 5.10.0 is great for delivering News to external systems. Could you do the same for internal, meaning that users need to authenticate to get the feed? This would allow to deliver internal corporate news as RSS feeds to people that have the appropriate rights. One simple checkbox could solve this ("users need to authenticate"). In its current state, the existing feature could potentially be a security risk if configured wrong, because internal data could be made available externally without authentication.

Confluence already provides the possibility to build RSS feeds with the Feed builder - but this does not respect News categories / News sections available with Linchpin News.
