Additional Filters appearance should be configurable

Today the Additional Filters are hidden and the user need to click on the button in order to display the filters. We would like to have the option to configure the Additional Filters

button and display the filters per admin's choice to be displayed on People page.

Hey Marina Peer, thank you for your suggestion.
I'm not sure though I understand 100% what you are asking for. 
Do you want the admin to click a box, so that Users who go to the people directory have the filters visible directly? 
Or did you mean something else?
