We think it could be very useful to let other users confirm a person's competences or expert know-how as it is possible on LinkedIn for example (see screenshot). By clicking on a expert in entry, the system should show a lightbox to the user where he/she can confirm the expertise.

In addition, when a user is searching for an "expertise X", the person who has most confirms for "expertise X" should be shown first.

Hi, please add this feature, a field on user profile that show people skill and able other users to recommend that skill.
