The email notifications for selected microblog topics seem super erratic to our users. I understand how it works (https://info.seibert.group/display/DOC/E-mail+notifications), but I can't expect this from our staff; most of them think it's a bug.

Would a 24h digest be possible? Instead of the seemingly incomplete notifications at 6/12/18/midnight o'clock?
