Disable registering for past events

As a user, I expect not to be able to register for past events. Right now, this is not taken care of automatically.

I also want to recognize it imediatly that this is a past event, like when I view the event macro on a page, i.e. when viewing it outside the calender view.

Hey Peter Scheidt, I really like the idea of labeling an event as 'past event' to make them recognizable easily. Also I can imagine to give administrators the option to disable registration for past events as you suggested. Thanks for the input!
