Our employees frequently share blog posts / news in their personal spaces which are deserving of high visibility. Because of this culture, users also follow/Watch the blogs of others personal spaces. However, the posts coming from these spaces don't appear to be included by News Streams in the same way that site spaces are. They aren't surfaced in the macro for "Personal News Feed", or in the Subscriptions section of the News Hub.

News Sections also don't seem to look at personal spaces, even when the Section is configured to include certain News Categories, and a post is created in a personal space using one of those categories.

Personal spaces should be available to select in both the Manage Subscriptions area of the News Hub, and in the subscriptions menu of the Personal News Feed macro. These areas should also take into account those personal spaces which users have already chosen to Watch the blog of.
