In order to propperly use the cascade select field with more than 2 levels it would be necessary to change the view that is visible in the user profile. During the selection everything is great and you get a nice tree with all the different levels and options to select from.

Once saved the data is shown quite differently. Afterwards you only have the main level shown bold and all the other levels are in a flat list. What is most irritating is the summary of a sublevel in case you select all options of it. In this particular case everybody will only see the category name both not the option that belongs to it.

Wouldn't it be possible to get a similar view like you have in the edit mode? All levels should be shown in the corresponding depth and all options should be shown instead of only the parent categroy name.
