It would be extremely helpful if admins would have the opportunity to extract user lists for specific User Groups from Confluence containing all the information specified in Linchpin User Profiles (all Custom fields).

Simcha Gontmacher if you have very urgent need to access the data, you might want to give our colleagues in the support team a shout via https://seibert.biz/help. Maybe they can help with that.

For access via the UI: we plan to expand the people directory in a way that you can also show all the users in a list instead of tiles; which fields will be listed will probably be configurable. It probably is only a small step from there to export the data into a csv file; I'll run that by the team once we get to that point.

Hi team,
I agree with all below comments. We as admins of the system need to have this data. Please advice if this is something that can be considered in the next release- to have the ability to see all the profiles with their fields from the system. If not from UI, from SQL or REST, any workaround will help us so we could export it.

This feature is not only helpful for admins but also regular users.
Excel/csv export should only be an option. Regular output as a table in the confluence page should be the default.
If you want to implement pagination as well, please do not forget to provide an option to switch it off.

Christoph Schmidt It would be very helpful if you explain more about your use case. What format do you need/imagine for the extracted user lists?

Christina Wotschel: No problem at all. We are running different user groups within our Confluence system and as administrator I need the opportunity to extract user lists for the user groups (for example a list of all users within User Group A) containing all the user information including the custom Linchpin user profiles fields we defined. As format I would prefer Excel or any excel compatibel format.
This feature should only be available to administrators and not confluence users.
