Help remember and learn all names of all co-workers

A small study of my colleague Tilman for us internal to better remember names of people. Demo video:

The macro would have to filter out users without a profile picture (if it doesn't already do that), and an approach to gamification would of course be great:
"Kollegenflüsterer" for those who recognize the most.
"Superdaddler" for those who use the macro the most.
"Bunter Hund" for those who are most often recognized immediately. "Mauerblümchen" for those who are not recognized at all.
Ah, the possibilities!

Nice idea - would be really cool, if it could be made a bit more flexible, so that different type of quizzes can be run, e.g.
- pick the right name to a profile picture (but limited to users matching certain LUP filters, for example working at a specific location)
- pick the right department to a shown name and profile picture
- pick the right picture to a shown name and function
In large organisations this would be a really useful functionality - not only for new joiners.

I'm not sure About the Benefit. Remembering names might not be that important to many employees. What about users without picture? I like the idea but I would prefer a tool that can be used more individually. E. g. picking the picture yourself, not being determined to choose profile pictures. You could show a profile picture as well as a screenshot or riddle to make a quiz. As a result you could encourage people to deal with themes in a way of gamifacitation.
