People Search & List Macro: Boolean operators

In the (deprecated) Customized User List Macro, we were able to work with boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) inside a filter option. It would be great to also have this possibility for the new (and great) People Search & List Macro. Additionally, combining criteria with OR (and not only AND) would be great, too.
Example: I want to list the team "Staff units" and the positions "Head of Administration" and "Executive Administrative Assistant" in one list. Currently there's no way I can achieve that list.

thanks for your suggestion :)
Please note, that if you use the expert mode of the macro, you already have the option to work with boolean operators. See https://info.seibert.group/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=135627161#WhatisthePeopleSearch&ListMacro?-Expertmode(CQL) for more info on that.
However, i do recognize that using CQL is not user friendly at all and it would be nice to be able to use those operators in an easier way, so I'm leaving this ticket open for gathering votes. :)

Thanks Angela Gaida, for your rapid feedback! But as you said, we want it the easy way :) Our intranet is super open and can be edited by every staff member. I would love every staff member to be able to make use of a couple of macros without frustration. And this one is especially essential.
