We were asked if there is the possibility to add Sign Languages in the Languages Profile Field. For example here we were asked for "Deutsche Gebärdensprache (DGS).

I love that idea!
As a workaround, you can create a separate multiselect field for those, but it really would be great if we could integrate sign languages in the language select field.
