Sort the associated users in the Structural Chart

We also would appreciate a solution where the superior of a department or team is on top of the list in the structural chart.
We would not need a specific colouring but the head on top would really be nice.
Maybe a solution could be by job title like it was mentioned before. So a user with Jobtitle containing "Head" or "Teamlead" or "*lead" would be on top of the list.
Another solution could be our "Superior" field, that we also use for the Org Charts. Teamlead A from Team "Accounting" has superior User B who is one level up in the chart. All other members of the team have Superior = User A. See screenshot.

Hey Meric Ayman, thanks for that suggestion!
Do you imagine those people simply sorted in this way, or would you expect the top people to be somehow marked by something like a special design, a color highlight or something along those lines?
How would we be able to identify these specific roles, are there profile fields that say "head of department" or "secretary"?
Since the people associated to a node get pulled dynamically based on profile field values, we would need some way of identifying these roles, they can't be assigned manually.

Hi Angela Gaida,
the top people should definitely be the first ones in the list. Color highlights would be nice. But it is not a must have. As for the design, I prefer one design for all.
I also think that highlighting without a specific order would not be useful if you have to scroll because of large departments just to see who is the head of the department.
We have a profile field with the position filled with "Head of Department" or "Secretary". With that we can identify which profiles should be at the top. It would be nice if you could set in the structural chart in the specific node which position should be the top position.

Meric Ayman: Thanks for your thoughts and info :)
I'd love to hear some more thoughts on that from other people as well, so that we get a good picture of what's needed and how we could implement something to address these needs.
