Customize the details in Participants List export
complete

Our comms & culture teams are heavily using the Download Participant list option for the events they're publishing, and they've asked for a way to include additional details in the export, specifically the timestamp for when they signed up, and more details from their profile such as their Location or other fields we've configured in LUP. If would be nice if the Confluence admin were able to customize which details are included in the export at the global level, but if the Seibert team has to add specific fields to the report then I think starting with Location and the timeline for signups would be most valuable.

Hey all,
our development team just now finished this feature and it will be part of our feature release in mid August.
If you want to try it out beforehand, you'll find it starting tomorrow on our demonstration instance (demonstration.linchpin-intranet.com). When exporting participant lists, you'll now be able to export exactly those profile details you need, from all profile fields available.
Bonus: your browser will memorize which fields you click, so on your next export those will be preselected for you, assuming you'll often need the same details in your exports.

The most important thing here is to have the time slot of the subscriber in the export
Angela Gaida
W.R. Lutz: That was https://linchpin.canny.io/events/p/time-slots-when-exporting-the-participant-list-is-displayed-in-excel and has already been implemented; for Linchpin Events as a standalone App it's already in the Marketplace, as part of Linchpin Suite it will follow probably next week. :)

For several purposes like budgeting or certification we ask for an option to export an event with all attendees etc. as a file.
Details of the attendees profiles should be included as it contains other relevant information such as location or superior.

We would like to use the events for the organisation of our trainings. Therefore we'd like to define the data of the export, like choosing which profile information should be in the export.

We also want to be able to have first and last name in seperate columns and it would be great if we could configure the sort order and the LUP fields which should be in the participant list.
