Automatic event reminder
I want to set a time and date that I want to remind all event participants of the upcoming event. I also want to add a custom reminder message that is sent to all participants via mail.
Time Slots per Event
It would be super helpful to have time slots per event which can be defined with duration and capacity - and which users can register for individually. We often need to have our users register for specific time slots. Instead of adding an event per time slot (which can be hundreds for 5 minute slots) Examples: Vaccination slots at corporate medicine Profile pic shooting slots with our photograph HR consultation slots
"Team Calendars for Confluence" Integration
It would be very helpful if events can be automatically added and synchronized with a team calendar (e.g. search for a calendar in a dropdown in the event macro). Currently a user must export each single event as an ICS file and reimport each single event as a whole new calendar. Changes to the event are of course not synchronized.
At the moment each event has a single start and end date/time. For recurring events it would save a lot of time if there would be an option to mark the event as a series in weekly/biweekly or custom rhythm.
I want to apply different colors to events of different types (e.g., distinguished by category) so that they can be easily recognized in various views like event hub or event calendar.
Support Multiple Locations / Regions / Times
As our company scales, we are creating events that span multiple locations and dates, but do not always want to create individual events to represent the occurrence at each company location. It would be really useful if we could add a picklist to Events that includes all of our locations, with the ability for event creators to select multiple locations from the list, and set the date & time for each one. We would also want to maintain the Hybrid option so that a virtual meeting URL can be added as well.
User-specified Tags/Labels at the event level
The categories that are already present are set globally and users cannot add custom categories on the fly. So it would be useful to have additional labels at the event level that every user can add freely to group the events clearly.
Creation date of events
It seems at the moment there is no way to find out when an event has been created which is really bad. We now had the case where we would have needed this information after a system migration. It would be really great to be able to search for events based on their creation date. Thanks
Customize the details in Participants List export
Our comms & culture teams are heavily using the Download Participant list option for the events they're publishing, and they've asked for a way to include additional details in the export, specifically the timestamp for when they signed up, and more details from their profile such as their Location or other fields we've configured in LUP. If would be nice if the Confluence admin were able to customize which details are included in the export at the global level, but if the Seibert team has to add specific fields to the report then I think starting with Location and the timeline for signups would be most valuable.
