See users in an event waiting list (as admin)
As an administrator I'd like to see the users in the event waiting list and I'd maybe be able to manage the users in the list, too. (e.g. delete someone from the list)
Anyone who registers a person for an event via “Add participant” should also be able to deregister them again.
If person A is registered by person B, then in addition to person B himself, the person who registered (person A) can also deregister person B (otherwise only the editors of the event). For example, if the secretary registers the boss for an event, then the secretary should be able to deregister the boss again.
Hyperlinks in the messages to the participants
It already works to send links to the participants before and after an event. To improve this message it would be great to be able to send hyperlinks as well
"My Events" in Linchpin Sidebar
In the Linchpin Sidebar you find everything related to you as a user: your "saved for later" pages, your tasks, your contacts and so on. But you don't find your upcoming events, the ones you plan to attend. Why though? Wouldn't this be the perfect place for it and consistent with other Linchpin apps?
Additional fields in Event registration
As an event organizer I want to ask for additional information on attendee registration, e.g. "are you vegetarian?" or "will you bring a Labtop?"
Longer Event Description
Currently, only 250 characters are allowed in the description field. However, this is too little when we also include longer links in the description, e.g. to external pages or to Jira filters. It would be nice if this limitation would be removed or increased to e.g. 1000 characters.
Registration for multiple slots and break slot
It often happens that a person wants to register for several time slots in order to be able to attend a longer appointment (e.g. with the company doctor). Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for the same person to register for several slots within one appointment. We have the following solutions: A person can register for several slots slots of different lengths can be created within an appointment other people (e.g. administrators or appointment creators) can block time slots. Can one of the approaches we have mentioned be implemented? Is it also possible to specify one or more slots for break times when creating an appointment?
I want to create an event and schedule publication for a later date. While the event is in scheduled state it is not visible to any other user either in the event hub or when included in Confluence pages.
Restrict visibility of events based on groups
It would be great to restrict the visibility of events based on security groups. Currently it is just possible to restrict the editing based on security groups, but not the event visibility. This would be a huge benefit for us. We have many company wide opened departmend spaces with some restricted pages. The page restrictions are based on an security group. The departments would like to plan internal events based on these department security groups. The restriction based on spaces is not helpful for this use case.
