When we create a face-to-face event (simple or recurring) on mosaic, we indicate a meeting room. However, this does not mean that the room is reserved. We have to recreate this event (or series of events) on outlook to reserve the meeting room. Wouldn't it be possible to have a connection between mosaic and outlook? I know that you can put a mosaic team calendar in outlook, so I'm thinking that might be possible.
