Users should be able to navigate between the languages in detail view.

Currently if a news exists in more than one language, all language variants are displayed in the desktop stream as well as in the linchpin app. This makes it hard for intranets with international news in several languages to keep the stream usable.

It would be great to have a switch on/off option in the background that enables us to change this behavior so the users by default get the news shown in the language they selected in their linchpin profile.

Fallback should be:

User language if available - Fallback: EN if user language is not available - OR (if no language has been set) show news that currently has no translations

--> this ensures a news is not missed and can be translated at a later stage if required.
