As an admin i would like enable that all users get their apps listed grouped by category.

I would like to have the option within the "Apps"-macro to display all apps of a certain category.

And also 'by Labels' - that would prevent creation of an unlimited number of categories and would offer the opportunity to distinguish the usage for both. 
For example: Labels for possible usage, categories for departments
Cherry on top would be AND usage - show app with label mobile AND category HR
