Allow decoupling of the navigation menu

To make possible to place the navigation menu anywhere on an Intranet space homepage. For example when one wants to design a custom link/teaser section bar inbetween the header and the navigation menu.

Thanks for that suggestion, Philine Mitrea. In fact, you can embed the menu by using the menu macro. But it's indeed not very user friendly right now and requires a lot of custom CSS, if you want a different design.

Concerning CSS customization in this respect (e.g. hiding the initial menu from the homepage), can you provide kind of receipes or examples to do so?
