- Which room is available right now and does it have the right equipment for my meeting?
- Book a room for a meeting with external guests and automatically have a service team notified so they can set it up accordingly.
- Have tablets at the rooms' doors showing the availability and directly book a room from there with a tap.

I was about to submit a new suggestion, but first will try adding on here. We currently are experiencing a big challenge with using both Team Calendars and Linchpin Events, in addition to Google Calendars, where our meeting room availability is held. Because of this, we currently have duplicate events in Google Calendars (for the meeting room availability) and Linchpin Events (for visibility within Confluence). Having meeting rooms represented in Linchpin Events would allow us to do away with the Google Calendars piece, which would be super valuable. Is there a chance this might be planned?
