Enhanced Watching / Notification options

As long as Atlassian won't provide a better experience here, it would be nice to have some options and settings in advance to what is there today. Just some thoughts:
- user setting to select if you want to be notified by mail & notification center or just NC
- daily summary eMail for favourite spaces (nobody needs the full summary)
- unwatch all in the personal list: after a while it would take ages to clear the list 1 by 1
- improve watching for attachments

I would also include watch page tree rather than just watch page or watch space

Daniel Tombs, Jan Priebe, thanks a lot for your input. I took the liberty to move this issue to the board "Linchpin General", because I think we should look into this with a broader approach, not only for news (it was on the board Linchpin Enterprise News before).
