Personalize pings modules

As an administrator, I want to be able to target a specific pings configuration to a user set which is selected by personalization based on their profile data.

Absolutely. :) It always was our intention to make the pings so they can be personalized like all the other Linchpin contents, we just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I can't give an ETA at this point, but it's definitely something we already have in our backlog.

I want to add one more thing: Selecting users based on a group would be nice, too.
