Include "Panel" in Linchpin Theme

The native Confluence macro "Panel" is used a lot in our instance. The default settings (colors for text, bg, frame etc) would be great in the Linchpin Theme config. Currently we have this in custom CSS

I like this idea, and it sounds like an easy enough thing to do. I'll take it into consideration whenever we find time for a few quick win tickets, but can't promise anything right now.

Angela Gaida: While you're at it, can you make it so that when the "border style" field is left blank within the settings for a panel macro, it still defaults to 'solid'? This is native Confluence behavior, but with the addition of Linchpin Theme, panel macros that left that field blank no longer have any border even when the creator still specified a border color and/or width. This has messed with a huge percentage of our panels as many users were leaning on the default for their panels.
