If I assign a user to an extranet space, I want to see more information, e.g. their email address, because names may not be unique, and there's the chance that the wrong user is assigned.

I can confirm this from our (Extranet Admin) experience.

It would be very helpful if the technical username was displayed next to the display name (e.g. via hoover (HTML Title attribute etc)).

Sarah Schmitt-Bär: We now have so many users on the extranet that the lack of display also the technical username is becoming more and more of a problem because they simply do not know which User to choose. Isn't that a mimimal development effort (~1 LOC?) to implement?
