Launchpad

Currently the search on the launchpad is only searching for app titles - this is not sufficient as users may not know the title. I.e. searching for reporting should find tableau as reporting application.

Right now, a user will see all categories, even if there is no app available for him (because he does not match the set visibility criteria). This is not only a confusing behavior, but could also disclose sensitive information about apps.

In the workbox notification about new apps, the links should go to the filter "new apps". Right now, all apps are shown, which is not very helpfull.

Launchpad stays within visual focus while scrolling on a side.

As an administrator, I want to be able to restrict apps based on the groups a user is member of. It should be possible to select more than one group; two or more groups are interpreted as "or", not "and".
